Andy Zhao

Prior to GreatChina, Andy was employed by Microsoft (China) and took charge of a series of significant projects for China Mobil. In 2006, he formally joined GreatChina International Education and created the Department of Network Technology. In the past ten years, he has developed his team into a comprehensive marketing center for technology, online marketing, consultancy, planning, promotions and more. In 2016, Andy was appointed as the vice general manager in charge of a new affiliated company, GreatChina Technovo. Hobbies are playing football, traveling and listening to various kinds of music.

With over 14 years' experience in the international education industry with GreatChina, Lisa has in-depth understanding of industry parameters including admissions, major choice, and assessments, with her own unique perspective on counseling. Lisa frequently visits top American universities and initiates interactions with admission officers. Lisa has successfully assisted tens of thousands of students to study abroad. After work, Lisa enjoys drawing and travelling.

Clark Feng

Since 2010, Clark has been working with GreatChina as an Application Counselor to students with ambitions of studying abroad. In 2013, he revamped and managed the Spark Program to provide younger Chinese students opportunities to volunteer, compete, and learn outside of the classroom, and improve their problem-solving, communication, leadership, and team work abilities. Promoted to the Director of GreatChina's Chengdu Branch in 2015, Clark oversees multiple departments including International Talent, Applications, Spark Program, and Sales. He continues to work with GreatChina in helping to advocate and advance high ethical standards for college application counseling services within the industry in China. When not in the office, Clark enjoys exploring urban bus systems, learning about cultural exchange, and eating his favorite food hui guo rou.

Candice Zhou joined GreatChina in 2008 and is now the southern region supervisor in charge of the Guangzhou, Dongguan and Haikou offices. Candice has a Master’s Degree in Law from Sun Yet-Sen University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Nanjing University. She is interested in the education field and mentoring students in pursuing higher education and exploring future careers. Candice is also an enthusiastic Invited Expert to Findingschool (a high school network platform) and has her own media platform to help families create educational goals for their children.

Amber Li

Amber received her bachelor’s degree in English education and taught English at a Chinese university for 3 years before joining GreatChina in 2008 as the director of the graduate program. Amber has 9 years of working experience in the international education industry. She is keen on solving problems students meet during the application process, as well as communicating with students to advise them and assist with career and study abroad plans according to their background and personal interests. Amber has helped more than 200 students successfully enroll in American graduate programs. In her spare time, she likes travelling, making friends and reading.

Eric Zhai graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is the Director of the Product Research and Development Center at GreatChina. Eric's experiences range from having published many academic papers to counseling students on applying to international universities as well as guiding them to prepare for their professional careers.
Since 2014, Eric has helped students to apply and receive admission to schools such as Stanford, Northwestern, Columbia, University College London, and others.

Doris Hu

Doris joined GreatChina as director of the International Education Center in 2012. She has dedicated herself to the field of language training and international education for years, and is experienced in international education program development, program design and set-up, and program management. Doris is now in charge of several international education programs. Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies, and reading.

Janet joined GreatChina and took charge of the Graduate Elite Program in 2011. She has 10 years of working experience in English translation and international education, and is well versed in the college admissions process. Janet has helped hundreds of students enter their dream schools. She specializes in finding students’ strengths and developing their backgrounds to help them achieve their goals. For 3 years, Janet was also in charge of translation and interpretation for the Miss International Beauty Pageant. In her personal life, Janet is a traveler, an avid baker, and handicraft lover.

Zoey Zhu

Since joining GreatChina in 2012, Zoey has devoted herself to helping graduate students study abroad. Zoey received her Master’s degree in translation at the University of Queensland and obtained the Australian translation certificate NATTI level 3. During her studies, Zoey realized the importance of cultural competence. Thus, international education opened a door for Zoey to understand the relationships between people, culture and society. Zoey has the ability to master information tools quickly, which has been useful in guiding students to know themselves more in order to help them create their study abroad and career plans.

Echo graduated from Sichuan International Studies University with a degree in English language and Literature and passed the TEM-8. She then joined a large translation company, providing language services for Fortune Global 500 companies such as Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, GM, and Honeywell Inc. In 2014, Echo joined GreatChina to assist students with the application process, including planning and offering professional guidance for essays and school selection. Echo is very familiar with the American graduate school application process and is skilled at advising students applying to liberal arts and business programs. Some of her interests include: American TV dramas, music, traveling, history, and visiting museums.

Hailing from the Big Apple, Sylvie is a seasoned educator with over 4 years of experience in teaching and developmental consultation. Her fluency in Mandarin and familiarity with cultural nuances in China has given her a special edge in providing Chinese students with tailored educational and developmental support. She holds a M.A. degree from Columbia University.

Jared graduated from Brown University with a degree in political science. At GreatChina, he spends his time meeting with students to improve their English ability, writing, and activity lists. Jared is currently putting on an interdisciplinary workshop series on the study of games. He has studied Mandarin since high school, and his favorite Chinese dish is Huangmenji.

An international relations nerd, Christina holds a bachelor’s from the University of Southern California, and master’s from Peking University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Christina has a wide range of experiences from language consulting to interning at the US Foreign Service Institute. When not advising students or assisting with supervising the foreign talent at GreatChina, Christina can be found playing volleyball, studying Mandarin, dancing, or searching for delicious spicy foods.

A dual citizen of Spain and the U.S., Alan Adame has been working at GreatChina full-time since June 2016. Alan holds an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University in International Education Policy & Management, and a B.A. from Brown University in International Relations. He has worked in the field of international education for two years, with a particular interest in expanding education access & quality, and facilitating student exchange.
